Hi, I’m Sam — co-founder of WONDR. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked alongside impact-driven startups, connecting thousands of people across industries who are building for people and planet.
Over time, one thing became clear: the most powerful catalyst for progress isn’t just access to knowledge — it’s access to each other.
Traditional education gave us the moon landing, lifesaving vaccines, and global infrastructure. But the system hasn’t kept up with the world we now live in — one where information is everywhere, innovation is constant, and the problems we face demand action, not just answers.
Today’s builders, leaders, change-makers don’t need more degrees. They need better decisions. Stronger networks. Smarter tools. They need to learn while doing — and do while learning. That’s why we built WONDR.

Jemima builds strong relationships with members, helping them stay engaged and succeed. She anticipates their needs and works closely with Instructional Design to shape new content and programmes.
Eleanor builds and manages Guide relationships, ensuring they deliver high-quality content that helps founders de-risk and grow. In her free time, she creates stained glass art.
Mandie designs and delivers a monthly schedule of content that directly supports product founders’ goals and challenges, continuously improving it based on founder feedback and data.
Izzy transforms our content into engaging learning materials that drive awareness, traffic, and community growth.
Meghan designs platform experiences that make learning fun and intuitive, drawing on research to deeply understand user needs. She loves her dog Goose, playing guitar, building things, and talking about design.
