This live program is designed to make regenerative leadership understandable, accessible and actionable.
The course is guided by Minou Schillings a Regenerative Business Facilitator with a strong background in Lateral Thinking (in other words disruptive, not immediately obvious and transformative thinking).
She will help you to Unlearn Business as usual thinking. Imagine alternative (better) futures. And build the regenerative capabilities needed to realize this future.

By the end of Regeneration 101; you will have a better understanding of what regeneration is. Why it is vital for humanity and your business. How regenerative business development looks like in the real world. And where and how you can start to work towards a better future. In which your business creates lasting value for people, planet, purpose and profit.

2] You are a consultant, coach or trainer supporting B2C SME’s with their sustainability challenges.

Weekly live workshops:
Week one: What is regeneration? What does it mean for businesses? By the end of this session, you will be able to explain what regeneration is and have a clear idea of what it can mean for your business
Week two: Why we need to embrace regeneration? By the end of this session, you will able to explain why regeneration it is vital for humanity and businesses.
Week three: Introduction to the regenerative worldview. By the end of this session, you will be able to wrap your head around the concept of the regenerative worldview. Wrapping your head around is very different from fully embracing it. This is a transformation process that might take years, the next phase of this course will help you further on this journey.
Week four: Exploring where and how you can start your regenerative journey. By the end of this session, you will have created a map of your personal and business eco-system. This map will help you to understand where and how to start your journey to a regenerative and resilient future.
Weekly hive session. A hive mind session is the regenerative version of the master mind concept. Every week we will support each other in unlearning business as usual, identifying and tackling our barriers to change, envisioning alternative future’s. These sessions are our cohort’s own source of renewable energy, helping us through tricky challenges. In the last hive mind session we will dive deep into our eco-systemic maps and explore how we can continue our journey towards a regenerative and resilient future.
