The ABCs of Project Management will explore the nature and complexity of projects and the key components of a project. Within this four-week course, we will look to explore strategies to effectively manage and grow a project. We’ll understand the scalability of projects, and how the ABCs can be used for concepts and ideas that can in turn applied to new situations. This will have a much wider impact than the initial idea did. We will also cover the secrets to getting project investors ready and much more!

In this unit, we will explore the complete life cycle of a project from concept to closure. Participants will leave with easy-to-use project management tools and techniques which support the delivery of projects on schedule, within budget and with minimal risk. Participants will:

- Define the key characteristics of good vs bad projects
- Examine the key components of a project
2] Project Growth and Management
Projects become stagnant when the principles of project management are ignored. This unit will explore project growth strategies that have been used to create enormous successes in large projects that can be applied to projects of any size. Participants will:
- Explore Project growth strategies: Team, Finances, and Reach
- Understand the process of scaling a project: the right steps to take
- Learn how to manage a project with uncertainty
3] Project Feasibility
Not all projects are practical and feasible. Whether it will result in a cost overrun, or use unnecessary resources, it is important to assess projects and look at the return on investment. Participants will:
- Explore what makes a project feasible
- Develop a project with reach and impact
- Make a project investor ready

Projects are dynamic and complex. This unit provides the necessary foundation which can then be built upon for those seeking to advance their project management and energy careers. Participants will:
