She is on a mission to empower people and organizations to activate Purpose, realizing positive impact to accelerate change to a better - more sustainable - regenerative world for all!Sophie worked as international marketing director designing several award winning sustainability campaigns and has been the head of sustainability in FMCG and pharmaceutical industries for 15 years (Procter & Gamble and Novartis). She successfully transformed organizations, people, businesses, brands and consumer habits to become more sustainable. In 2017 she founded Doing Business Doing Good (DBDG) empowering business leaders to be a force for good, offering on- and offline workshops, summits, trainings, coaching programs and in-company sustainable transformation projects. She takes a connected, systemic and collaborative approach to sustainability. She has helped business leaders, brands and organizations with embedding purpose, sustainability, circularity and the SDGs into the strategy, organizational culture and operations to become future fit and regenerative. Sophie has a Master in Business Administration, a MBA specialization in CSR / Sustainability and is a B Leader helping organizations to become a Certified B Corp.
